If a particular circumstance arises where we could test your product ahead of others, then that will be the case. In no circumstances will the review items be returned. We do not wish to be responsible for lost, broken or damaged products, so the simple solution is not returning the item after reviewing.

When submitting an item for review please include your email address with the item. We will send an email confirmation that we received your item and will send another email once the item has been reviewed.
